PosturePal

What it does

PosturePal uses your iPhone's front camera to watch your head position in real time and gently reminds you when you slouch or crane forward — so you can sit tall and give your neck a break. All processing happens on your device.

• Prop your phone facing you (e.g. next to your laptop)
• A friendly figure mirrors your head — green = good, orange = slouching
• Calibrate to your own posture; optional sound reminders
• Private by design — nothing is recorded or uploaded
